USTA Competition Training Center

As part of a nationwide effort to help young players reach their maximum potential, Competition Training Centers were formed.  There are 100 Competition Training Centers in the U.S. and many of Southeast Michigan top junior tennis players have come through the CTC program.

With the introduction of Regional Training Center across the United States, there has been a shift to talent identification and development of the 10 & Under Player.  Due to this change in focus, we have revised our Detroit CTC so both program van better compliment one another and further enhance the future of our young tennis talent.

2018 is our sixth year of the 10 & Under CTC.  Sessions will run once a month from November - May offering our top 10 & Under players 21 hours of instruction at reduced cost with time devoted to sports science education as well as on-court training.

Thanks to all our host facilities that make the Competition Training Center a success and a special thanks to our participants!
